Managing Director

Demian passionately spearheads the company's mission ensuring high quality output to clients in terms of quotations, project management and deliverables, as well as providing research design and insight to full service research clients.

He has strong experience and holds an individual membership with ESOMAR - the world association for market, social and opinion research.

Demian holds Master Business Administration from ESPM.


Commercial Manager

Mayra is responsible for oversee company needs, handle daily business issues, manage company associations, and recognize business opportunities.

Mayra holds Bachelor’s degree in Administration from University of São Paulo (USP).


Field Manager

Iara has worked in qualitative and quantitative recruitment for over 20 years. She has coordinated all types of quali and quanti fieldwork while continuously building a large network of nationwide recruiters, and is a real people person so dealing with many different people as part of her role is what she enjoys most.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from University of Mogi das Cruzes.


Project Manager

Felipe is responsible for ensuring high quality output to clients in terms of project management, the client's requirements are met and the project is completed on time. He oversees all aspects of data collection projects – preparation, field liaison and data delivery – for clients as well as recruitment and on-line projects.

He holds post graduated degree in Marketing and Sales Strategic Management from Mauá Institute of Technology, and Post Graduate degree in Market Research and Consumer Insights from University of São Paulo (USP).


Administration Manager

Suzany is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems, as well as general financial services management. She is integral to the day-to-day functionality of the Expert Research business.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from UNICID.


Field Manager

Gustavo is responsible for field management at Expert Research. He is highly experienced in field processes, coordinating all types of qualitative and quantitative fieldwork.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Marketing from Paulista University (UNIP).
